User Agreement

Please carefully read this User Agreement ("Agreement") before using the Vilu application ("Application"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions between Allergy Mate Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Company") and you, the user of the Application ("User").

By downloading the Application, creating an account, or using the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Vilu is a mobile platform that analyzes the contents of food and cosmetic products based on allergy and intolerance information (Health Data) declared by the user and provides personalized feedback. Services include product analysis, personalized reporting, alternative product recommendations, and AI-powered chatbot features.

2. MEMBERSHIP AND USE

2.1. The User warrants that all information provided in the membership form (especially allergy and health information) is accurate, current, and complete. The Company cannot be held responsible for damages arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

2.2. Account security (password, etc.) is entirely the User's responsibility.

2.3. The Application must be used with parental or legal guardian consent for users under 18 years of age.

3. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

3.1. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE:

Vilu is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment services. All information, analyses, reports, and recommendations provided by the Application are FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. It is essential to consult a professional doctor, dietitian, or allergy specialist regarding your allergies, intolerances, or any health concerns. Do not make medical decisions based on information in the Application.

If you have a serious life-threatening allergy (such as risk of anaphylaxis), DO NOT use this application as your primary safety measure. Always read product labels yourself and do not consume the product if in doubt.

3.2. USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) AND ITS LIMITATIONS:

The AI-powered chat and reporting features within the Application have been developed using advanced language models. Although content, advice, and analyses generated by AI aim to provide predictions based on current scientific data, they MAY CONTAIN MISLEADING, INCOMPLETE, OR OUTDATED INFORMATION. Information provided by AI should not be blindly trusted and should not replace professional medical consultation.

3.3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION:

The Company makes every effort to present product contents and allergen data as accurately as possible. However, errors may occur due to manufacturers changing product formulations without notice, labeling errors, possible reading errors in optical character recognition (OCR) technology, or database deficiencies. The User is responsible for always personally checking the product label before consuming or using a product.

3.4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

The User acknowledges that they use the Application and services at their own risk. The Company cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, health problems, allergic reactions, or material/moral losses arising from the use of the Application or reliance on the information provided.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Application, logo, design, software code, database, and all content are the property of the Company and are protected by Turkish and international copyright laws. The User may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer these elements.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Some features of the Application may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, payment terms, and cancellation policies will be presented to you through the App Store or Google Play during payment. All payments are processed through Apple's or Google's payment systems and are subject to their terms.

6. USER OBLIGATIONS

The User agrees:

• Not to use the Application for illegal purposes or contrary to this Agreement,
• Not to use another user's account without permission,
• Not to engage in actions that would prevent or disrupt the Application's operation.

7. PRIVACY

The processing of the User's personal data is subject to the Company's "Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice". By using the Application, the User acknowledges having read and understood this notice. In particular, the User confirms giving explicit consent for the processing of health data that forms the basis of the service. By using the Application, you acknowledge that you explicitly consent to the processing of your health data necessary for providing the service, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

8. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

The Company may suspend the User's account or unilaterally terminate the Agreement without prior notice if the User violates this Agreement. The User may terminate the Agreement at any time by deleting their account.

9. CHANGES

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be notified to the User through the Application or via email and will be effective from the date of publication.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Turkish Law shall apply to the interpretation and implementation of this Agreement.
